Brentford midfielder, Frank Onyeka will miss Nigeria’s friendly against the Eagles of Mali due to injury.
Onyeka, according to camp sources, sustained the injury in Super Eagles’ 2- 1 win against Black Stars of Ghana last Friday.
The defensive midfielder returned to his club on Sunday for further treatment on the injury.
The 26-year-old travelled alongside Fulham defender, Calvin Bassey, who is also nursing a minor injury.
Bassey was an unused substitute against Ghana.
The Super Eagles will take on Mali at the Grand Stade de Marrakech on Tuesday.
